Taking the first step and finding the right fitting counselor isn’t easy! I understand because I’ve been there. I've been in the counseling chair/couch myself, I understand what it feels like to be the client and I use that to inform my “style” as a counseling professional.

My professional and lived experience inspires my passion for specializing in queer, trans, and non-binary adults with various topics related to ADHD, autism, depression/anxiety, trauma and dissociation.

Telehealth is a convenient way to access services from the comfort of your home. Sessions are provided using a secure and user friendly video platform. Virtual appointments available on Mondays and Thursdays.

Counseling with Movement
Walk & Talk
Participating in counseling while walking side by side in nature can make it easier to discuss and process difficult issues, and discover new ideas or solutions. Walk & Talk Appointments available by request.
Session Cost:
I offer select availability for reduced cost counseling services.
Reduced rate services determined by individual economic hardship.
I DO NOT accept insurnace at this time.
I can provide sUPERBILLs for out-of-network reimbursement.
Payments accepted: Cash, Credit/debit Card or HSA Card.
